The Sales Executive (aka Sales Ninja) is responsible for closing SQO’s that produce monthly / annual recurring revenue (MRR / ARR) in order to hit quota allowing the company to achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives. The key performance indicator of this role will be to deliver NEW monthly/annual recurring revenue (MRR / ARR) against quota and increasing close rate of SQO’s. There will also be a key performance indicator measured against your ability to create SQO’s. This will be achieved using SDR strategies.
This position requires a self-starter who can work with limited direct supervision, is entrepreneurial in spirit, and has strong leadership skills that align to help the company achieve quarterly and annual objectives. This role will be a strategic driving force behind reaching $50M ARR by the end of 2023 which will result in the return of $1B back to businesses. This is a full-time, exempt, benefited position and reports to the Vice President of Sales.
